After Kang Mok-cheon finished his breathing exercises and opened his eyes, Lim So-baek spoke first.
"You did well."
Kang Mok-cheon, seemingly still affected by the aftermath of defeat, replied shortly, "Yes."
Lim So-baek, observing Kang Mok-cheon's expression closely, asked, "How do you feel about the match? You look quite aggrieved."
Kang Mok-cheon glanced around at the Mengwon and Saekma before responding, "I somewhat regret not using my real weapon."
Lim So-baek let out a slight sigh.
"Do you think you would have won if you had fought with a real weapon?"
Kang Mok-cheon looked at Saekma and said, "Yes."
Lim So-baek suppressed the urge to scold and instead turned to Saekma, asking, "What do you think? If it had been with real swords."
Saekma answered honestly, "It ended like this because we used wooden staffs."
Kang Mok-cheon inquired, "Then would you like to try again?" Saekma immediately shook his head.
