As before, the Flower-Colored Demon evaded Kang Mok-cheon's attack while holding the staff with his left hand.
Remembering that the tension had been thick earlier, Kang Mok-cheon suddenly launched a strike.
This was exactly the counterattack that the Flower-Colored Demon had anticipated.
“……!” The Flower-Colored Demon released the staff and slid to the right, striking Kang Mok-cheon's shoulder with a palm strike.
Bang! Kang Mok-cheon took four steps back, his expression one of shock.
At the same time, Im So-baek, who was watching the duel, widened his eyes in astonishment.
“Eh?” The technique just displayed was one that even the renowned Im So-baek could not immediately comprehend.
Despite having watched it closely, he found it necessary to reflect on the intricacies of the technique. ‘Is it possible to mix sliding steps with footwork?’ How should one express this? It felt like witnessing a historic moment where a new martial art emerged in the realm.
The trajectory of the sliding movement completely shattered the preconceived notions of footwork held by the martial artists.
It appeared as if he had struck while moving along a curved, slippery path.
Kang Mok-cheon was startled, and the martial artists of the Murim Alliance who were watching were equally astonished.
