The attendant, enduring the pain in his fingers, opened the hatch and jumped out, flipping over to lift Leo Parker, pulling him out forcefully by the collar. “The Duke’s data?”
Leo Parker, still in a daze, was yanked up and finally snapped back to his senses. “Let, let go! I’ll adjust the data for you!”
Once the data was pulled up, both of them were left speechless.
After a long while, the attendant let out a frustrated sigh. “A sigh of pity…” he murmured.
He dragged Leo out of the control cabin and instructed the soldiers, “Watch him.” He then returned to the cabin and closed the hatch behind him.
“Hey!” Leo shouted, furiously jumping up and down, but he couldn’t stop the attendant from meeting with Han Yanyan alone.
Han Yanyan forcibly ended her world, escaping without entering the white virtual space, and instead fell into a dark void. She had no idea what was happening between the attendant and Leo Parker in the real world outside and could only wait patiently.
Fortunately, patience was something she had in abundance.
