Adam vanished from where he stood, turning into something he had no idea how to describe — call it information. He became a length of information and plunged into the body of the nearest female creature.
Adam could clearly sense his own existence: soul, body, spiritual power, and even mana were all undiminished, yet sealed. The seal came from the magic itself, and Adam could lift it whenever he liked — but lifting it would mean the magic had failed.
Once he was inside the female creature, every physical and spiritual sense was shut off. He could only dimly feel the Rebirth Art's power simulating the various structures of this body, and then, using those simulated structures, beginning to write a new kind of information around the information that was his transformed self.
It did not go smoothly. The body of the other-plane creature he had invaded was collapsing at tremendous speed, unstoppably, from the inside out. The Rebirth Art seemed to have stolen only the tiniest part before the invaded body died outright.
Then, with no choice of Adam's involved, the Rebirth Art carried him into another body.
