The God of Justice, Hades
As I returned to the underworld with Persephone, I rubbed my tired eyes and saw several gods poring over parchments.
Their expressions surely reflected resentment, as if to say, "Did you really take a break outside all by yourself?"
"Hades... I've noticed you've been wandering outside the underworld a lot lately..."
"I have a backlog of documents to handle."
The goddess of the Styx handed me a pile of papers.
Yes, yes.
I know what I need to do.
"If you had returned later, Thanatos would have almost escaped again."
"Again, you say?"
"Honestly, I felt the urge to put it all down myself."
Hypnos averted his gaze and shook his head.
For the time being, I sat down, skillfully flipping through the parchments and using a feather quill to sign off on them.
Thanks to the main god's constant wandering, everyone is suffering.
However, one document bearing the official seal of Olympus caught my eye.
Since I had attended Eros's wedding as a guest, I must not have discussed work then.
As I looked down at it for a moment, the goddess Lethe revealed the nature of the document.
"... That one. It's a formal request from the goddess of justice, Dike, who wishes to relocate to the underworld."
