#105 The Prelude to the Counterattack Representative Yoon Hyeong-min sat in the office of the Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul District Prosecutors' Office, smiling as he drank his coffee. Bae Beom-gyu spoke, hiding his discomfort.
"I didn't expect you to make a move yourself, Representative Yoon."
"Neither did I. I never thought the prosecution would persecute a businessman."
"Persecute? From the reports I've received, there are clear charges against him."
"Is that so? Then we should just follow the law. I suppose I shouldn't be here, but in the interrogation room."
Bae Beom-gyu frowned and said, "Representative Yoon, you know better. Why are you being like this?"
"Chief Prosecutor, let's not beat around the bush when we both know what's going on. I know you're doing this under orders from Association Leader Lee Yong-hyun. I have a decent relationship with the Blue Wind Association myself, but what parent can win against a child when he's causing such a fuss?"
"Ahem."
Hit right on the mark, Bae Beom-gyu cleared his throat and picked up his coffee cup. Yoon Hyeong-min smiled silently.
"Sigh... Since you know, I won't mince words. I'll handle the case appropriately and hold him for a few months. Isn't it a good opportunity to shake down Kim Mu-hyeok while we're at it? Just a few months."
