Huli was quite obedient.
Upon hearing Yu Sheng's orders, she asked no questions and quickly stuffed the oil painting by Ailin into her tail, turning and dashing out of the room toward the attic.
Meanwhile, Ailin was still daydreaming on the bed: “Hey, Yu Sheng, do you think something will happen...”
Before she could finish, the two little dolls suddenly dimmed their eyes as if the power had cut off, and then toppled over onto the bed.
Yu Sheng looked at this scene with a blank expression before glancing at the ceiling at a 45-degree angle, “Looks like it won’t.”
A few seconds later, he shouted outside, “Huli! You can come back now!”
Hasty footsteps rushed from outside, and Huli quickly raced down from the attic.
She entered the room and pulled out the oil painting frame from her tail, handing it to Yu Sheng. “Benefactor! Here!”
The two little dolls sat up with a start, both looking a bit dazed.
Yu Sheng casually hung the oil painting on the back of one doll, transforming her into P1 Ailin.
Yet, when Ailin ‘woke up,’ she didn’t immediately sigh about the absence of miracles but instead stared blankly at Huli. “Can’t you at least clean up what’s in your tail?”
Yu Sheng, curious, asked, “Huh? You saw what’s in her tail? What’s it like?”
