It was clear that the Third Elder held the Silent Daoist in high regard. Perhaps the Third Elder envied what others had because he felt he was lacking something himself. After bidding farewell to the Third Elder, Lu Yang made his way to Junzi Peak.
Junzi Peak was the territory of the Fourth Elder. The mountain was elegant and cool, resembling summer all year round. There were pavilions and streams everywhere, with tall, green bamboo that made it obvious it was a favored spot for scholars and poets. If the bamboo suddenly spoke a few lines of sage wisdom, Lu Yang wouldn’t have found it strange at all.
Having seen all sorts of oddities in the Asking Dao Sect, Lu Yang's mental fortitude had grown remarkably strong. He even spotted a black-and-white Iron-Eating Beast rolling around the mountain. Some senior brothers were drinking and having fun, expressing their thoughts through brush strokes, splashing ink to create paintings, and then diving into those paintings to enjoy themselves, looking quite carefree.
