Under the relentless assault of the small fire demons, the city guards found themselves retreating step by step.
"We can't hold on any longer!"
"If this continues, we'll suffer heavy losses!"
Swish, swish, swish.
From a distance, several figures rushed in.
"The Kongming Family is here to support!"
"The Wyvern Family is here to support!"
"The Heavenly Soul Family is here to support!"
"The Alchemists' Association is here to support!"
One after another, strong warriors from various families leapt into the fray.
With their arrival, the city guards, who had been forced to retreat, managed to stabilize their stance and began a counteroffensive against the small fire demons.
"Kill!"
The morale of the city guards surged as battle cries filled the air.
Several black gold-level warriors charged into the midst of the small fire demons, cutting through them as if they were in an empty realm.
"Quickly seal that fissure!"
From the crack in the ground, lava continuously bubbled up, spilling over and turning into the small fire demons.
Only by sealing that fissure and destroying the summoning array could they halt the fire demons' advance.
The black gold-level warriors from the Kongming Family took the lead, rushing towards the fissure while cutting down every small fire demon in their path.
