Strategy to Capture Men

Chapter 88

Every bite tasted different. It really felt nothing like what a food processor could offer. This was... a flavor that belonged to a woman.

Leo was a bit stunned.

Han Yanyan glanced at him and couldn’t help but chuckle, "At your age, how can you still..." She shook her head, smiling.

Leo hurriedly wiped his mouth with a napkin, only to realize that food and soup were smeared on the corners of his lips. He couldn’t help but feel his face turn red.

When he was younger, he had been taught about etiquette, mostly by his mother who preferred to yell at him. But his mother didn’t really care to discipline him; she was mostly frustrated by his messy eating habits, and then her temper would flare.

Later, after becoming wealthy through technology, he acquired his own ship and isolated himself from human society. If it weren’t for the attendant bringing the fleet to him this time, he hadn’t interacted face-to-face with another living person for decades.

Being alone, he ate however he pleased. Who would notice whether he had good table manners or not?

With Han Yanyan laughing at him, Leo’s face turned beet red. While he was hesitating on whether to get angry, Han Yanyan suddenly picked up a napkin and gently wiped his cheek, saying, "Don’t move..."

Her touch was soft, each stroke felt like it reached deep into Leo’s heart.

Anger was forgotten, leaving only embarrassment behind. Han Yanyan clearly saw him tremble with each touch.

What was this?

After a moment of silence, Han Yanyan let go of the napkin, directly using her hand to touch Leo’s face. He looked in horror at her approaching hand, but his body had stiffened and couldn’t move; she had already made contact.

Han Yanyan watched as Leo trembled as if electrocuted, and then... she caught a whiff of a distinctive masculine scent.

Leo bolted away. But that faint smell lingered in the air.

Even someone like Han Yanyan was at a loss for words, her face expressionless.

Leo had said that his age was three times hers. A near-hundred-year-old virgin might just have a greater reaction, right? Yet, the first time she had physically confronted him, they had more skin contact, and she had been completely bare — how did he show no reaction then?

Han Yanyan glanced at the dishes on the table... indeed, this was a case of warmth stirring desires.

Leo had embarrassed himself in front of Han Yanyan and wished he could die right then and there, never to see her again.

No woman had ever touched him like this before!

Since he could remember, his mother had rarely held him; she had more often hit him. The pain of being restrained by pantyhose or whipped by a belt on his bare skin filled most of his memories.

As for the girls in school, it was no different. Even a gentle female teacher he had overheard expressing, "Leo Parker is a smart child, but he seems so gloomy that people don’t want to get close.”

Han Yanyan was the first woman to touch him so tenderly. When her fingertips brushed against his cheek, it felt as if he were incredibly fragile.

Never had anyone touched him this way.

He certainly wasn’t trying to make a fool of himself in front of her! Just that feeling like a jolt of electric current, he found himself unable to control it.

Leo Parker felt utterly despondent; he never wanted to see Han Yanyan again!

However, just as he rolled on the bed like a fish out of water, an alarm rang.

Leo didn’t move. Han Yanyan had triggered alarms way too many times, and he had grown used to it.

But soon, the alarm blared again. This time, the system warned, “Han Yanyan’s life index has drastically lowered, vital signs are weak, immediate rescue is advised.”

Leo sprang up in shock, asking, “Where is she? What happened to her?”

In the kitchen, he found Han Yanyan unconscious.

There were knives in the kitchen. Although she couldn’t bring one out due to the system’s monitoring, she could use it inside.

Han Yanyan had attempted to cut the dog collar off her neck with that knife. After two tries, the drug administered to her the second time was even stronger than the first because of the short interval between attempts.

This was a high-concentration injection, not something to be taken lightly.

When Leo found her in the kitchen, she was not only unconscious but had also inflicted at least three cuts on her own neck with that knife. Blood was everywhere, but fortunately, she hadn’t hit an artery, or even gods wouldn’t have been able to save her.

Of course, Han Yanyan was saved.

She opened her eyes to find herself in her own room. Someone was pacing around the bed, exuding a sense of restlessness.

As soon as Han Yanyan opened her eyes, the system instantly announced, “She has awakened.”

The person turned around abruptly. One hand was holding his arm while the other was biting his finger. It was none other than the scientific oddity, Leo Parker.

Upon seeing her wake, he stopped biting his fingers, yet stood by her bedside without approaching.

“Are you foolish? I told you! If you move around, the dosage will double!” His face was grim. “This is a high-concentration suppressant!”

She was alive, and her body was fine. But the remnants of the high-concentration suppressant left her feeling weak, and it wouldn’t pass quickly.

Han Yanyan lay for a while before she had the strength to speak.

She asked, “Leo, are there dogs in your world?”

“No, what is that?” Leo snapped, anger flaring. “I’ve never heard of it.”

Han Yanyan closed her eyes again, no longer speaking.

“Hey!” Leo, still fuming, wanted to ask why she had suddenly decided to fight with the collar.

“I feel unwell; let me rest for a moment,” Han Yanyan said.

With the high-concentration suppressant injected, feeling unwell and weak was to be expected. Leo knew she wasn’t lying. This was the first time Han Yanyan appeared so weak in front of him. He wanted to scold her, but his rage just wouldn’t come out; he turned and walked away while suppressing his irritation.

“Leo...” Han Yanyan suddenly called out to him from the bed, quietly saying, “The soup is still on the stove, don’t let it go to waste...”

Who cares about some lousy soup! He just wanted to know why she was being so odd!

Fuming, Leo stomped out, but by the time he came to his senses, he found himself in the dining area. He stood for a moment, muttering to himself, “Since I’m already here.”

This reasoning gave him a motive, and upon reaching the kitchen door, he saw it had already been tidied up.

“Where's the soup?” he asked, a little irritated.

The robot quickly opened a warming cabinet and retrieved a pot of soup.

But the system spoke up, “The cooking method was primitive and incorrect. The soup was boiled for too long, causing the ingredients to spoil completely, destroying the proteins. The nutritional value of this soup is very low and is not recommended for consumption.”

But Han Yanyan had made the soup this way; Leo knew that.

In Yao Chen’s world, she would boil a pot of soup the whole day, waiting for him to come home to drink it. Whenever Yao Chen praised how delicious the soup was and asked her how long she had been cooking it, she would beam with pride as she answered. In her mind, it seemed time meant the soup should only get better.

Thinking about this soup that Yao Chen had once praised, Leo knew the system was right, but he still commanded the robot, “Serve me a bowl.”

With the warm soup in hand, Leo carefully took a sip.

Whether it was meat, bone, or spice, after the long cooking time, the essence of all the ingredients melded into the broth. In that instant, his taste buds bloomed with delight.

It was delicious.

No wonder Yao Chen sang its praises every time.

After finishing one bowl, Leo hesitated for a moment and ordered the robot to serve him a second bowl.

As the door to the kitchen opened, Leo caught sight of the now clean floor inside. When the second bowl was set on the table, he still seemed lost in thought.

While Han Yanyan had been unconscious, he had already watched the playback of the surveillance.

He had made a fool of himself in front of Han Yanyan and ran off embarrassingly. Han Yanyan had laughed heartily at the table, and after laughing, she happily enjoyed her meal. Towards the end, she muttered to herself, “It’s a bit greasy, I should make a salad.”

She then walked into the kitchen, found a fruit knife, and started chopping fruits. But then, she suddenly paused.

Han Yanyan had contemplated that knife for about five or six seconds, before decisively positioning the blade against herself and inserting the tip between the collar and her skin...

It was completely impulsive.

Why would she...

After finishing his second bowl of soup, Leo set down the bowl and commanded the system, “Search her memory library; what is a dog?”

The search was completed in a second, and many screens unfolded before Leo. Han Yanyan’s understanding of “dogs” appeared before him.

Dogs are pets kept by humans. Regardless of breed, size, or type, they always wore collars around their necks.

And Han Yanyan wore a collar around her neck.

Leo fell silent.

The door to Han Yanyan's room slid open.

In this spaceship, Leo was the master, the highest authority. No door in this spaceship had the notion of being "closed" or "locked" in regard to him; he could open any door, no matter who resided behind it.

Han Yanyan, gazing at the ceiling, sighed in slight exasperation, “Can’t you knock before entering a lady's room?”

Leo hesitated for a moment, then quickly strode toward the edge of the bed.

Han Yanyan glanced up at him, only to find his face darkened, and in his hand was a silver object that looked like a gun. Han Yanyan furrowed her brow, asking, “What do you want to do?”

Leo snorted and climbed onto the bed. Han Yanyan was still weak and couldn’t resist as he dragged her by the arm and flipped her over. Leo pinned her down, pulling down the zipper at the back of her dress and pointing the object at her back.

Han Yanyan flinched, feeling a sting like an injection or drawing blood. Through gritted teeth, she asked, “What are you doing to me again?”

As soon as she spoke, she felt the collar around her neck loosen. The collar, which had been tight against her skin, fell away, and Leo tossed it aside. The cleaning robot immediately came out to tidy up.

Han Yanyan touched her neck, a mix of surprise and suspicion crossed her features as she asked, “Why the sudden kindness?”

Leo snorted again, saying, “I injected you with a subcutaneous sustained-release capsule; it can replace this.”

Han Yanyan retorted angrily, “If you had this stuff, why still put a collar on me!”

“Because, the collar had been on for... a long time... and the capsule... takes... a while...” Leo’s face grew redder as he spoke slower, his eyes fixated on Han Yanyan.

When Han Yanyan lowered her head, she discovered that the zipper of her dress was down. She angrily propped herself up, causing the dress to slip down from her shoulders, exposing quite a bit of skin.

Her body had undergone genetic optimization and was nearing perfect proportions. With ample bosom, slender waist, round hips, and long legs, she was what many referred to as a “devilish figure.” The striking visual stimulation it provided to men was clear from the little tent that Leo couldn’t control under his clothes.

Han Yanyan sneered and slowly sat up, pulling her dress back onto her shoulders and covering her revealing form.

“If you want to sleep with me, I suggest you wait for another day.” She smiled with a trace of disdain, “I’m too weak today; you won’t enjoy it.”

Feeling judged, Leo’s face turned red as he sputtered, “Who, who wants to...”

Han Yanyan raised her eyelids, her gaze lingering as if smiling yet not. Leo couldn’t utter the rest of his bravado.

Both Han Yanyan and he knew—Leo desperately wished to sleep with her!

Shamefacedly, Leo scrambled away. It was the second time today.

Han Yanyan watched his awkward retreat with great interest, her hand reaching up to touch her neck.

She had removed her collar; when would his invisible armor be shed?

“System,” Han Yanyan called out.

“What is it?” the system appeared.

“How does Leo Parker typically satisfy his physiological needs?” Han Yanyan asked with a smile.
