It was built by a Venerable One of the Human Race who uprooted the mountains, connected them with brocade and jade locks, and suspended them in the sky. Flying pavilions glowed red, with jade bricks and carved railings. It was a market district for immortals, gathering all the rare treasures of the world within.
Below were jade towers and golden palaces for immortals and mortals to come and go. Beneath trees of fire and flowers of silver, the entire city never slept. The grand avenues within were paved with gold and stone.
