“As for the exchange of Spirit Jades, when exchanging higher for lower, the rate is fixed at a thousand to one. But when exchanging lower for higher, an additional three hundred to five hundred must be added. The exact rate differs from state to state, city to city.”
Zhao Chun nodded slightly. This was just like Spirit Jades and Essence Stones in the lower realm — exchanging the former for the latter was easy, but trying to change them back again was much harder. Thinking of this, she took out an Essence Stone from her pouch and handed it to Yu Liu.
“This is what we use for trade in the lower realm. In this world, is it completely useless?”
Yu Liu took the Essence Stone and examined it, showing no hint of disdain on his face. He smiled and said, “So it is this item.” He returned it to Zhao Chun and explained, “Spirit Jades are formed within the earth’s spirit veins.
When mined, they are wrapped in a layer of stone. If I’m not mistaken, this is what that stone layer turns into. You two can go to the Whalebone Trading Firm; the people there will give you a fair price and exchange it for Spirit Jades.”
