“Oh, it’s coming!”
A trembling voice burst out.
Chaaaaaa!
A large sailing ship painted entirely black was pushing toward the shore at full speed. It was a tremendous pressure.
“Black Dragon Ship...”
Someone muttered as if in pain. What was drawn on the fully spread sail was the emblem of a black dragon. On this vast Yangtze River, there was only one ship that dared to paint that emblem on its sail, and only one person who could use that emblem.
That ship, a symbol just by its existence, did not slow down at all as it charged toward the shore.
“Wh-what do we do?”
“What do you mean what do we do?! Are you telling us to run?”
Those who had belatedly rushed to the Yangtze Riverbank shouted as if screaming.
“If it really is the Black Dragon Ship, we have to flee! That means the Black Dragon King is aboard!”
“Damn it! How should we know who is aboard that ship? If we run and it isn’t the Black Dragon King, who takes responsibility?”
“Say something that makes sense!”
Voices were raised in heated emotions, but even so, everyone knew. This was not the time to waste on such pointless arguments among themselves.
