Su Xiao pressed down on Takatsuki Sen, moving through a crowd of search officers at the entrance.
"Who is that woman? She looks a bit familiar."
"Now that you mention it, she does seem familiar."
"Isn't that Takatsuki Sen? The famous novelist? What is she doing in Zone 24, and why is she being escorted by Arima and Bai Ye? Could it be...?"
The search officers were buzzing with chatter, but they couldn't reveal Takatsuki Sen's identity just yet. If they knew who she was, they would rush at her, wanting to tear her apart. The grudge between the Bronze Tree and CCG ran deep, and many of the hundreds of search officers present had some sort of vendetta against Takatsuki Sen.
Despite her usual calm demeanor, Takatsuki Sen felt a bit nervous now, like a tiger walking among wolves. She lowered her voice and said, "Arima, is your plan really reliable?"
Su Xiao was startled.
