The Hidden Lord had already regained his composure.
From his dimensional pouch, he released Yang Yin, who had been immobilized by the binding talisman, causing him to tumble onto the ground.
“Pft!”
Li Weiyi’s sword swiftly severed Yang Yin’s head.
“What are you doing?”
Startled by the sudden strike, the Hidden Lord tried to stop him but was too late. “This is Yang Yin, a top figure at the Immortality Realm and the second highest of the Sui Sect. Keeping him alive has great value. We can interrogate him or extract his soul for much useful information. You’re acting recklessly!”
But Li Weiyi insisted that silencing him was the safest choice, so that An Xianjing wouldn’t get harmed again!
Li Weiyi slapped his forehead. “I forgot! I was too impulsive. It’s just that Yang Yin is dangerous. If he breaks free from the immobilization talisman, we might lose everything through some unseen trick. Look at earlier, he almost escaped multiple times. The Immortality Realm big shots are all formidable and hard to handle.”
He quickly changed the subject, “Old Li, you’re the expert here. What method did you use to trap Yao Qian underwater earlier?”
The Hidden Lord replied, “Weren’t you the one who forced Yao Qian out of the water?”
