A cleaner.
Do humans make the strongest person clean? For a moment, Octiens was lost in a ridiculous thought. It was understandable, as he had never once imagined his fist could be stopped.
The bodies of humans were nothing more than fragile lumps of flesh. Usually, a single gesture from him was enough to separate their upper and lower bodies. But the Hunter standing before him, far from being torn apart, was holding his ground with an arm only a third the size of his own.
Vwoom.
As Iron Arm pushed with all his might, Octiens stumbled back a few steps. It would be more accurate to say he was stunned rather than overpowered.
“He… blocked the Demon’s attack…!”
“That guy. Was he always that strong?”
It was a scene that would make the jaws of even his fellow Hunters drop to the floor. They didn’t know how strong Octiens was, but the recent clash alone gave them a good idea. It was a level of physical power that far surpassed that of an ordinary S-ranker Knight.
A grin.
Iron Arm spread his lips wide from side to side with confidence. Inwardly, however, he too was quite surprised.
‘It works?’
The dazzlingly white gauntlet was now clad in another color. The golden glove, coated in Merus, was confronting the Demon’s Dark matter. Of course, just because he blocked the Demon’s attack didn’t mean the situation was favorable.
