Each and every word mentioned was enough to provoke the Hunters gathered in this place. And unfortunately, the aftermath of the provocation was not directed at the one who spoke, but solely at Cheon Hae-seon. Avoiding the murderous glares, Cheon Hae-seon turned his head toward Cilia.
"Hey. Did I do something wrong?"
"Hm?"
"Why are you giving me this ordeal? How am I supposed to handle all those Hunters?"
"You were supposed to be the one conducting the test, weren't you?"
Cilia smiled sweetly, and Cheon Hae-seon narrowed his eyes.
"You didn't say the testing ground would be a furnace like this."
"I provoked them on purpose. That's the only way they'll be serious about the test, don't you think?"
"Fine. Tha-a-a-nks a lot."
Cheon Hae-seon shook his head and stepped in front of Cilia. He didn't like how things were unfolding, but in the end, she was right. If he had been vague, some Hunters would have refused the test itself.
These were Hunters ranked within the top three of their respective countries; who would dare speak of 'testing' whom?
