"Team Leader!"
Maria screamed as she ran to Jeong Soo-min. The other Irregular members might not have known, but she recognized him at a glance. She quickly knelt and gathered all of her healing energy.
A single look was enough to tell he was in a critical state; a few seconds later, and he would have died.
"The Team Leader... is this the person from Team 6 who requested support..."
At Iron Arm’s words, Maria gave a short nod.
"Yes. It's Team Leader Jeong Soo-min."
Her answer was enough to weigh heavily on the hearts of the remaining Irregulars. To be a Team Leader in the Glory Guild, one would not only be S-rank but a Hunter possessing skills a dimension above others. Yet, such a man, Jeong Soo-min, had been beaten to a pulp like this.
It was a moment that made them feel the Chimera's immense power firsthand.
Grrr...
"Oh, crap. That bastard saw us...!"
Bi-soo's eyes blazed as she stared at the distant Chimera. Iron Arm, taking on the role of temporary leader, turned to the Irregulars and gave his orders.
"We'll protect Team 6 Leader and Maria until the healing is done. As for the attack, just as we discussed on the way..."
Iron Arm's words trailed off apologetically, but Chen nodded calmly.
"Leave it to me."
