Yinyin Island is located at the northeastern corner of the Congyun Sea. It took Li Fan over twenty days to reach the vicinity.
The island is small and lacks any vegetation. There stands only a single square building on the island. From a distance, you can faintly hear the painful cries of humans carried by the sea breeze.
"Is Master Yinyin here?" Li Fan called out loudly. His voice echoed across the entire island, but there was no response for a long time. Li Fan patiently called out again, but only the eerie howling of the sea wind answered him. After a moment of thought, Li Fan sensed that his destiny was indeed tied to this place. So, he cautiously landed in front of the square building on the island.
