Chapter Title: A Holiday in the Underworld - (2)
After much discussion about creating a new holiday that spans the world, the opinions of the gods, including mine, began to converge.
1. The holiday will be once a month, set on the first day of each month.
2. A decree will be issued to the humans of the mortal realm, establishing it as an official day off recognized by the gods.
3. On this holiday, wars will be temporarily halted, and if any mortal instigates a war on this day, they will be punished.
"Well, this framework seems sufficient for now. Even the death row inmates should be spared from execution during this time..."
"If a decree is issued, the humans will surely comply. The burden on the Underworld will also lessen."
As the gods discussed this, Hestia suddenly spoke up, her face filled with questions.
"Wait a moment, isn't the reason for establishing a holiday because the Underworld is too busy? Wouldn't it be easier if Olympus lent a hand?"
"But does Olympus have that much spare capacity?"
Hestia's words were appreciated, but the current gods were not exactly idle either.
Some gods were absent from this gathering because I had recently mentioned the need to find Lord Uranus.
