Eros and Psyche's Story - (1)
The expedition to Mount Athos achieved half success despite Gaia's traps.
This is the conclusion I have drawn.
It is regrettable that the golden sword, Chrysaor, escaped, but it is still an achievement to have gained something after falling into Gaia's trap.
However, there was something a bit unclear about Orion's death...
Did Apollo's divine beast, the crow, move like that?
The intelligence of that divine beast is certainly not dull.
It should be able to predict the path of the golden sword chasing after it.
"Hades, my lord. About that hero who just died after dealing with Orthos."
"Are you talking about Orion, the son of Poseidon?"
Persephone, who was watching the mortal realm with me, opened her mouth with a curious expression.
She insisted on wanting to observe the expedition as well, and when I allowed her, she focused intently on the scene.
The desperate struggles of mortals are but a fleeting amusement for the gods...
Hmm.
It must be a difference in perspective, perhaps.
"When I went up to Olympus last time and looked down at the underworld, I realized something."
"What is it?"
"I saw that sister Artemis was hunting on the surface with a human. It seemed like she cherished him greatly..."
