A new week has arrived, and I hope all you readers will continue to push me with your support so I can shed this title of "One-Chapter Beast!" Let’s continue with last week’s stats: 22nd: 2,614 votes—should’ve updated two chapters, actually updated two. 23rd: 4,024 votes—should’ve updated three chapters, actually updated one (still owe two).
24th: 4,169 votes—should’ve updated three chapters, actually updated two (still owe one). 25th: 2,991 votes—should’ve updated two chapters, actually updated one (still owe one). 26th: 3,054 votes—should’ve updated two chapters, actually updated two.
At this point, I owe you all a total of six chapters. Sigh, being in debt is terrifying. But sometimes, even after sitting all day, I can only manage to write 4,000 words.
You all finish a chapter in no time, but a single small section might have taken me an hour of rewriting and polishing to get right. The reason I tie extra updates to recommendation votes is to give myself some pressure. Otherwise, there are days when I’m just too exhausted to write.
But then I think of your support, and I force myself back in front of the computer. So please keep voting to support me! Under this pressure, my double-update rate has already far surpassed what it was before.
I hope next week I can achieve the legendary triple-update milestone! I’m truly, deeply grateful to all of you who love this book.
