In just one second, Li Yuan subconsciously clicked on the ‘Teacher List’ in the app, checking it repeatedly. Finally, he confirmed. The ‘Fan Jin’ mentioned in the obituary was indeed his former teacher, Fan Jin. This was because, among the hundreds of teachers at Kunlun Martial University, there was only one Fan Jin.
“Teacher Fan.” Li Yuan fell silent. In an instant, an inexplicable emotion lingered in Li Yuan’s heart. It was not the sorrow of losing a close relative, but a vague sense of sadness and melancholy. To be honest, Li Yuan did not have a very deep impression of Teacher Fan Jin; they had met during an invitation event at Jiangbei Martial University. At that time, it was Fan Jin who, along with Li Yang, came to see Li Yuan and signed an S-level training contract.
During the few months between the invitation event and the college entrance exam, Fan Jin had contacted and guided Li Yuan multiple times through video calls. For instance, Li Yuan's choice to use the ‘Washing Spirit Essence’ for cultivation was based on the cultivation documents sent by Fan Jin. Other than that, they did not have too much interaction. Including after entering Kunlun Martial University, due to teaching reasons, Li Yuan had only met Fan Jin once.
