"Shh, keep it down, keep it down!" Prince Jing glared, placing a finger to his lips as he warned Chen Ji and Bai Li.
He glanced back to make sure no one was paying attention before turning to them.
"I barely managed to sneak out in disguise, and here you two are making a scene!"
Bai Li tilted her head in confusion.
"Father, you always scold me and my brother for climbing over walls, yet here you are doing the same?"
Prince Jing chuckled.
"What nonsense! I walked out through the main gate."
Bai Li smirked.
"General Wang is on duty at the main gate. Should I go ask him?"
Prince Jing quickly grabbed her arm.
"Alright, alright, I climbed over the wall near the clinic!"
Chen Ji frowned.
"Your Highness, isn't it dangerous for you to travel incognito like this? If something happens, we wouldn't be able to bear the responsibility."
Prince Jing waved it off.
"I'm just a coachman now. As long as you two keep quiet, who would trouble a mere coachman?"
Chen Ji still hesitated.
"At least bring some guards or have Feng Da accompany you to take care of your needs."
"No!" Prince Jing raised his voice.
