#107 I Really Missed You “W-who are you?” As I spoke with a smile, the man kneeling on the floor looked up at me, his voice choked with tears. I squatted down to meet his eyes.
I was smiling, but the eyes reflected in his were not.
“Seong-gi, I really missed you.”
Manager Park, the one who killed me. A young Park Seong-gi was before me.
“Who in the world are you?”
“Someone who is grateful to you. Thanks to you, I was able to grasp a great opportunity. Thank you.”
“What...”
Park Seong-gi looked at me with a bewildered expression, unable to understand what I was saying.
“What would you know? Never mind that. Where's your leader? Did you think I'd fall for it if you acted all teary-eyed? You're still naive. Or have you just not grasped the situation?”
“My leader?”
“Teacher Pyo. I'm talking about the person you serve. He does exist, right?”
The reason it took so long to find Manager Park was because I didn't know his detailed personal information. All I knew was that he was abandoned at an orphanage as a child and left at the age of eight after being chosen by Teacher Pyo. Thinking about it again, it was amazing I found him at all.
“I never thought you'd be living an ordinary life in Seoul.”
