#102 If you receive a gift, you must return it. The call came to Section Chief Ma's cell phone. His face was stiff when he finished the call.
"What is it?"
"It's a call from Busan."
A sense of unease washed over me at the mention of Busan.
"It seems she was feeling cooped up and went outside for the first time in a while. As Team 1 was providing close protection, a car suddenly charged at them. Fortunately, your grandmother avoided any serious injury, but one member of Team 1 was badly hurt."
I felt a little relieved to hear that my grandmother was safe.
"Is he badly injured?"
"They said they'll call back with the details."
"We should bring Grandmother to Seoul, shouldn't we?"
"It would be easier to protect her if she were in Seoul. At least for the time being."
"Yes. I'll talk to Grandmother and arrange for her to come to Seoul. Let me know as soon as you hear about the injured person's condition. He was hurt protecting her, so we need to take care of it."
Just as my conversation with Section Chief Ma was ending, my own phone began to ring.
"Mu-hyeok!"
It was Park Dong-soo. His voice was agitated.
"Our businesses in Busan were attacked simultaneously. I heard a lot of the boys got hurt. I need to go down there."
"Is it alright for you to leave Seoul?"
