Honnoeja’s brows knit together.
“Already? In that short time, he cleaned up all those Unorthodox Faction bastards and opened a path?”
“That bastard... strangely... broke through... the path.... Get... ready....”
After saying that, the crow let out a lazy yawn and flapped away.
‘It wasn’t a path that could be opened easily. Just what method did he use to break it?’
It was a road tangled layer upon layer with grudges and obligations. That battle could never have been something finished with just a single sword. No matter how brilliant a strategist was, it should have taken at least a full week to clear a bloody path like that.
‘Difficult. But there’s nothing to be done. To begin with, One Madman is an existence even the Sect Leader gave up trying to predict.’
If one only judged by the side of “predictability,” then his master, Blood Qilin, was much easier to foresee. At least he was still someone who moved by the ways of the Jianghu.
But.
One Madman was different. Leaving aside the fact that he was not bound by the rules of the Jianghu....there was something bizarre about him. Even his own master probably could not predict what that lunatic bastard was doing as he wandered around.
“Tch. This was not something I meant to reveal here... but it can’t be helped.”
Honnoeja immediately gave orders to his subordinates.
