The Wuxin Zone.
Beneath an endless scattering of twinkling stars,
an enormous, pitch-black silhouette of a tree slowly emerged from the void, drifting ever deeper into the heart of the Wuxin Zone.
The shadow’s vastness was immense—tens of times larger than the Star Chanting Hall.
Its entire form was utterly dark, without a single leaf, only bare, stark branches reaching out.
Perched upon these branches were bizarre, pitch-black cities of strange shapes.
Within the walls of these dark cities dwelled countless figures cloaked in black capes, their eyes glowing blood red—their humanlike forms, phantasmal and eerie.
Other places within hosted mighty black dragons hundreds of meters long, majestic and sinister.
There were also countless men and women, tens of meters tall, clad in red garments, their faces indistinct yet their vacant eyes fixed upward toward the sky.
Beyond these, a great variety of other horrifying beasts from the Black Calamity gathered in those braches, residing within the shadowy cities, quietly waiting for something.
