Cultivation Begins From Infancy

Chapter 77 Thoughts on the Launch

2 min read

Today is the last update before the book goes live tomorrow. I won’t be posting it at midnight to avoid keeping everyone up and messing with your schedules. Instead, the first release will be at noon tomorrow.

I think it will be a good chapter, and it should have enough words too. I didn’t intentionally hold back on the exciting parts. The main character has a cool moment outside the city, and it would have been perfect to share that before the launch. Still, I’m looking forward to the later parts of the story. When I look at the outline, it feels pretty satisfying, so it should be enjoyable to read.

The launch is a bit late this month, and I’m not sure if I can make it onto the monthly ticket rankings. The gap seems pretty big. If I can get into the top ten, I’ll add 20 extra chapters next month to catch up. But honestly, I think it’s unlikely since I’m about 3,000 votes short, haha.

Also, after the launch, if the alliance leader gives a reward, I’ll add another chapter. For the Silver Alliance, there will be ten chapters as a benefit. (The alliance leaders from before the launch will also get their chapters, but the Silver Alliance won’t be compensated for that; it’s more like a friendly support.)

For the monthly tickets, I’ll add another chapter for every additional 300 votes. Don’t think it’s too much; I really am getting older and can’t keep up like I used to.

I know some long-time readers might jump in and call me out, saying I’m just making excuses. They might say I’m pretending to be old when I just turned eighteen last year. Okay, even if I’m eighteen, I’m still nineteen this year, and a man’s prime time is pretty short!

Also, I see those readers who finish a chapter just a minute after it’s updated. I seriously doubt you even caught the main character’s name. It takes me five minutes to read a chapter after ten years of reading!

You really are fast…

I also want to recommend a few older books for those who haven’t read them yet:

The first one is a fun story about pets: "Super Divine Pet Shop." It has a lot of subscriptions and has even been adapted into a comic. It’s quite enjoyable.

The second one is a thrilling story set in a post-apocalyptic world: "Rebooting the Apocalypse." It’s a classic from ten years ago and is really well done.

The third one is a healing story set in a wasteland, which is a bit fun: "Dark King." It has also gained a lot of popularity.

The fourth one is a bit niche. It’s from a previous book that didn’t do well, so it might not be great or very exciting: "Eternal Night Journey." But if you like that writing style, you might enjoy it.

Well, that’s about it. I want to thank my old friends. After finishing my last book, I took a six-month break, and I didn’t expect to start a new one secretly. I was really touched when people noticed it even before I promoted it.

Thank you~~~~O(∩_∩)O
