At the end of Longguan Road stands Cangya City.
Tianmen Pass is outside the city.
Cangya City is built against a steep cliff, with vast walls that rise high into the sky. Inside, there are grand towers, arrow towers, and bustling areas where residents live their daily lives. It used to be a lively and prosperous place, a trade hub between Dayu and the northern Lin Kingdom, with many carts and horses coming and going.
But that was eight hundred years ago.
Now, all that remains is a small mound of earth.
On this mound, the words "Cangya" are carved, marking the city.
Around the mound, military tents are set up, surrounding it tightly.
At the edges of the tents, several battle flags are planted, fluttering in the cold wind. The flags bear the ancient characters "Tianyuan."
This is the flag of the Li family.
The five great general houses each have their titles, like the Wang family's Tianzhao General House, while the Li family is known as the Tianyuan General House.
At this moment, the cold wind howls, and dust swirls.
Behind the tents, at the edge of the cliff, there are graves of various sizes, with shabby wooden markers stuck in them, serving as tombstones and signs for those buried within.
With grunts, a few soldiers in damaged armor are digging holes with shovels.
