I started by saying to Sabio that I would check the condition of the Tatanex and distanced myself from him further. I wanted to observe its status more accurately.
‘Nephria...’ The name didn’t immediately spring to my mind because this goddess was not a god of transcendence. In the world of Paradiso, many gods exist, and there are ranks among them, with a hierarchy. These include transcendent, high-ranking, mid-ranking, and low-ranking gods. Here, the position of the goddess Nephria falls above the low-ranking but below the mid-ranking gods. Nephria is known to be a curious goddess, famed for her beauty, which captures the hearts of many male gods.
‘So, Nephria must have been watching Nemesis out of amusement and then noticed me, turning her interest my way.’ I rationally deduced this. Generally, gods initially feel curiosity towards any subject within the human realm. If that curiosity deepens, it transforms into concern, and eventually, they become unseen benefactors providing blessings.
For instance, Kaiquel and the Red Queen, whom I had met previously, were good examples as both were under the blessings of Lunaticus and Heresies, respectively.
