Qiao Sang carried Yabao down from the flyer and walked outward.
“Lulu.”
A pet beast, roughly brown-gray and looking like a baboon, stepped up.
It pointed at the backpack on her back, then flexed an arm to show off its developed muscles.
By now Qiao Sang wasn't completely ignorant about conditions on the Supernova Star.
She took a ten-yuan banknote from her pocket and handed it to the pet before her, smiling:
“You don't have to carry my bag. Can you tell me which way the subway is?”
“Lulu.”
The baboon-like pet accepted the money, grinned, and pointed to the left.
Qiao Sang thanked it and, without hesitation, strode off to the right.
A directionally-challenged baboon — a mid-grade ground-type pet.
Don't even talk about north, south, east, west; some of them can't even tell left from right, and yet they have this peculiar hobby of giving directions to people.
She'd read in books that if you encounter a directionally-impaired baboon offering to carry things or point the way, it's best not to refuse.
