“I don’t have the right to write a recommendation letter, but that doesn’t mean nobody else does!” the man ground his teeth. “I’ll go ask. I don’t believe there isn’t a single friend around me who knows someone who can write a recommendation.”
With that he pushed the door open and strode out.
Liu Yao stayed where he was, thoughtful for a moment, then picked up his phone, scrolled through his contacts and dialed a number.
He wouldn’t claim that a recommendation letter would guarantee Qiao Sang a spot at Yulundun University or the Imperial Beast Academy, but given Qiao Sang’s talent, it wasn’t impossible.
Rather than passively waiting for news from Chaosu Star, it was better to try to get a recommendation letter for the Imperial Beast Academy too.
Even if Qiao Sang didn’t end up getting in, at least he would have done his best.
After a few beeps the call connected, and a hoarse, steady voice came through the speaker:
“Little Liu?”
…
Chaosu Star.
Qiao Sang had no idea that on Blue Star there were people working hard on her behalf.
