A blinding white light nearly dazzled Qiao Sang's eyes.
Qiao Sang was stunned.
Did it evolve already? Wasn't she informed that it would take another half a day?
It hadn't even been an hour, right? The vice principal was truly unreliable!
But since she had accepted in her heart that the Fire Tooth Dog would evolve today, the half a day and one hour didn't matter much to her.
Just thinking about the Fire Tooth Dog evolving into the Blazing Fire Dog made her heart race.
Unlike the somewhat adorable appearance of the Fire Tooth Dog, the Blazing Fire Dog had a magnificent look, adorned in vivid red flames, with no more black stripes or that tuft of orange fur on its head.
Its imposing stance was very suitable for practicing the skill of glaring.
With just one fierce glare at the opponent, many timid challengers would lose all courage to continue battling.
“Xun!"
“Xun!"
Little Treasure, the spirit companion, shouted excitedly, its eyes wide open.
As the light faded under Qiao Sang's and Little Treasure's eager gazes, the Fire Tooth Dog... was still just the Fire Tooth Dog.
“Xun?"
Little Treasure tilted its head in confusion.
Qiao Sang's heart sank.
Did the evolution... fail?
“Yah.”
The Fire Tooth Dog looked up at its beastmaster with a weak smile before collapsing onto the bed.
