Learning skills for companion beasts is an incredibly important matter, playing a critical role in both competitions and daily life.
Gaining more skills opens up a wider range of future possibilities.
For instance, if a water-type companion beast learns how to create air bubbles, it can encapsulate a person in a bubble and dive underwater without needing any special equipment.
This allows the Beast Master to experience the underwater scenery up close.
Such a Beast Master could potentially work as an underwater photographer, safety officer, or even an underwater archaeologist.
The region of Ancient Fog is known as the "World of Water," with the province capital, You City, crisscrossed by waterways.
Besides boats, you can hardly see any other means of transport.
The main reason Ancient Fog is called the World of Water is due to the interconnected waters beneath its nine prefectural cities.
Under these waters lies the world-renowned underwater city, filled with historical sites.
