553. The Usurper’s Treasure Box (11) "Is it three?" This time, the powers he usurped were as many as three. Considering that before this, he could only steal one power with the Soul Burst Usurpation, this was a clear achievement.
With the Soul Burst Usurpation, it was no longer simply about defeating someone and stealing their power. By the will of Taesan, he could swallow the opponent entirely and make it completely his own. As a result, the losses were overwhelmingly reduced, and it looked like he had usurped all three powers.
"Ha…"
Taesan caught his breath. The powers that had run dry were fully restored in the process of usurping the usurper. Not only that, but he even reached a higher level.
“The divine level is filling up too.”
Not just the black power, but the divine level was usurped as well. That meant the usurper had possession even at the divine level. Since this being steals the concept of the universe itself, it wasn’t strange for them to hold such power.
However, the usurper could not fully control the boundaries. It wasn’t that he hadn’t tried. Surely, countless times across long years he had challenged this.
Perhaps even since the wars of old. And he had failed.
“Hmm.”
