Transcendent Skill. Divine.
It was the first time he had seen this type of skill. And then there was Anti-Theism. It appeared to be a skill related to the gods.
He wanted to check it, but there was something he had to do first. Taesan flew back to the demon village. There, he saw numerous demons and the captured Anetsha.
“Sir Taesan!”
Anetsha’s face brightened upon seeing Taesan. In contrast, the demons’ faces darkened infinitely.
“Ha, haha…”
Artnekia let out a hollow laugh.
“Has the… Messenger of God… been defeated?”
“What do we do now?”
Artnekia, who had been staring blankly at Taesan, opened his mouth.
“If only someone like you had come a little sooner…”
A small trace of resentment was in his voice. With a bitter smile, Artnekia nodded to the other demons.
“Everyone, let’s go.”
“What? No!”
Anetsha tried to stop them in a hurry, but the demons moved quickly. They took out daggers hidden in their clothes and plunged them into their own necks. Their movements were filled with resignation, without any fear or resistance.
Fifty demons died just like that.
“Ah, ahhh!”
Anetsha screamed as she ran to their corpses. The demons had abandoned the god they believed in, the one from whom they originated, and were even willing to offer up their princess. That resolve could not have been easy.
